The print template is completely flexible: how many photos, where they sit, colours, fonts and text. Add your logo, your sponsors’ logos or a voucher code for your campaign, if you like with a unique code on every print. Every guest sees only their own pictures
The QR code on the print opens a page with the pictures of that one guest. Nobody else gets to see them there. The page is built for phones: one tap on Save puts the pictures straight into the photo gallery.

- On request, you get a handover page after the event with all the pictures: the prints in their print layout, the originals and the AI images. Reprints can be ordered there directly from a photo lab. For internal events you can pass the link on to your team. It’s best to mention this in the invitation. On request, the booth also asks every guest whether their picture may appear there.
- Deletion

Many photos make one big picture
Every picture from the booth becomes a tile on the big screen. The wall starts with a few large tiles. The more pictures come in, the finer the grid gets, step by step, and the motif becomes clearer and clearer: your logo or any other image, such as a team photo. At the end you get the finished wall as one large picture.

A booth that fits your brand.
We build our photo booths ourselves and develop the software for them. Together with you, we decide which booth suits the space and the occasion, or whether you need several. We have several units of both models.
Handmade from old wine crates
Every Vintagebox is a one-off from our workshop. Inside are a DSLR camera, a studio flash, a touchscreen and an instant printer. The booth stands out without upstaging your brand.

At trade fairs, festivals and corporate events with lots of guests, we set up two or more booths: two of the same model, or a Vintagebox and a 030Box together. The pictures from all booths can run together on one big screen.

Event-Photowall
The whole room joins in.
The Event-Photowall is our own product: a live photo wall and, at the same time, the platform around your event, from the invitation to the look back. It runs on its own or as an add-on to the photo booth.

- Photos via QR code, with no app and no sign-up. Plus song requests sent straight from phones to the DJ. For the big screen, all you need is a laptop with internet connected to a projector or display.

- All pictures as a gallery and ZIP file, plus figures: when it was busiest and how many people took part.
We work out with you when the photos appear on the big screen and when you announce the prize draw, and build both into your schedule.
One option: approval by your team
Without approval, every photo appears straight away. Switch on approval to try it out.
From late 2026
Soon, anyone who doesn’t want to appear on the big screen will be able to take their picture off the display with one tap. We’ll gladly show you how it works in the intro call.

At company parties, the booth brings together people who otherwise have little to do with each other. For the Christmas party, there are dedicated Christmas styles in the catalogue. On request, the pictures run live on the big screen, and by Monday the first prints are up in the office.
From practice: For one company, every print became an element in its own periodic table: one portrait per employee, with their initials as the symbol and their years with the company as the number, entered at the booth. Together, all the prints made up the table.

Who’s on site

Privacy and technology
The pictures are made inside the booth.
In the Vintagebox, our AI runs on the computer inside the booth. For the 030Box, our own server in Germany does the work. Either way, no photo of your guests goes to a third-party AI service.

Process
From the first email to the last print.
Intro call
In about 30 minutes, we go through the occasion, the guests and the venue. And what your event should achieve.
Design
You choose your styles from our catalogue, or we design your own AI world to your brief. You get sample images of the layout and the style to sign off.
Event day
We set up and brief your team, or we stay at the booth with our own staff. For long events, we’re available around the clock.
Afterwards
On request, you get all the pictures on a handover page. Reprints can be ordered there too.
Questions
What event planners ask us.
How much space does the booth need?
Ideally about three by three metres, including a photo backdrop. Less space works too, and we’ll sort that out in the intro call.
Do you need internet at the venue?
Yes, so your guests can download their pictures to their phones straight away via QR code. The Vintagebox can paint and print without a connection: the AI images are created inside the booth and printed on the spot. If the connection drops, we upload the pictures later. The 030Box also needs internet for the AI styles, and the Event-Photowall needs it anyway.
Is someone from your team there during the event?
If you wish, yes, at three levels: a technician, a host at the booth, or full guest entertainment, usually with two people. We can also bring a photographer for the whole event. On-site staff are charged separately. For very long events, we brief your team and are available around the clock by phone or video call. That’s how it worked at #125StundenChor.
Do you work outside Berlin?
Yes, we work all over Germany. We have bases in Berlin, Halle and Leipzig. Travel, accommodation and staffing are itemised in the quote.
How far in advance should we book?
For a booth with styles from the catalogue, a few weeks is often enough. Your own AI world for your brand needs more lead time. Around Christmas and in summer, our booths get booked up quickly, so it pays to book early. Just ask, and we’ll quickly tell you whether your date is still free.
Do you swap faces (face swap)?
No. The legal questions around face swapping are still unresolved. We place your guests in a new setting or paint the whole picture in a style. The face is never transferred into someone else’s image.
Are the AI images labelled as AI?
Every AI image gets an invisible marker in its image data that software can read. The picture itself does not change. Styles that look like a real photo, such as a new backdrop, also carry the visible EU AI label, in a corner of your choice. Painted styles such as comic, oil painting or knitted figures don’t need it. Photos without an AI style stay unchanged. You can read how we implemented this in our article on the AI Act (in German).
Do we get an invoice showing VAT?
