02Hosting and server logs

This website is hosted on a server of Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany, in a data centre in Germany. Hetzner processes the data on our behalf (Art. 28 GDPR).

Each time the site is accessed, the server automatically stores a log containing your IP address, the date and time, the address requested, the status code, the amount of data transferred, the previously visited page (if your browser sends it) and your browser’s identifier. We need this information to deliver the site, find errors and fend off attacks. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure and stable operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The logs are deleted automatically after 14 days.

03No cookies, no tracking, no third-party services

We do not use cookies or any analytics or advertising tools. Fonts, images and scripts are stored on our own server. No data is transferred to other providers when you open the site.

04Preview with your logo

If you choose a logo in the “What your print could look like” section, the preview is created entirely in your browser. The file is not transferred to us or anyone else and is gone once you close the page. The same applies to the event name, date and colour you enter there, unless you transfer them to the enquiry form yourself and send it.

05Enquiry form and call back request

When you write to us using the form, we process the details you enter: name, company, email address, phone number, date and occasion of the event, and your message. For a call back request, a phone number is enough, plus your name and a preferred time if you wish.

We use these details to answer your enquiry and prepare a quote. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if your enquiry relates to a contract, otherwise our legitimate interest in answering it (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Your enquiry goes into our own customer management system, which also runs on our server at Hetzner in Germany. If you provide an email address, we send you a short confirmation of receipt. This email is sent via the mail server of ALL-INKL.COM - Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany, which acts on our behalf. If, exceptionally, the enquiry cannot be passed to the customer management system, it is sent to us by email so that it is not lost.

To protect against automated mass enquiries, we briefly store a check value calculated from your IP address, which cannot be traced back to it. It is no longer taken into account after one hour at most and is deleted regularly.

We store your enquiry for as long as we are dealing with it. If no order results, we delete it once it has been dealt with, at the latest after two years. If it leads to an order, the statutory retention periods for business records apply (up to ten years under German commercial and tax law).

06Contact by phone or email

If you call us or send us an email, we process your details to deal with your request. The legal basis and storage period are the same as for the form.

07WhatsApp

The WhatsApp button is a simple link. Nothing is transferred to WhatsApp unless you tap it. If you tap it, WhatsApp opens with a prepared message to us.

If you write to us via WhatsApp, WhatsApp Ireland Limited, Merrion Road, Dublin 4, D04 X2K5, Ireland, processes your message, your phone number and metadata of the conversation. Data may be transferred to Meta Platforms Inc. in the USA. Meta is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. We only use your message to answer your request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for enquiries about an order, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. If you would rather not use WhatsApp, you can reach us just as well by phone, email or the form.

08Links to other sites

This site links to our other services fotobox.berlin, fotobox-mieten.berlin and ki-fotobox.berlin, and to event-photowall.com. You only leave this site when you click a link. The privacy policy of the respective site then applies. This site is delivered exclusively in encrypted form via HTTPS, including everything you enter in the form.

09Your rights

You have the right to access the data we hold about you (Art. 15 GDPR), to rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18) and data portability (Art. 20). Where we process data on the basis of a legitimate interest, you can object to this on grounds relating to your particular situation (Art. 21). A short message to the address above is enough.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). The authority responsible for us is the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit), Alt-Moabit 59-61, 10555 Berlin, Germany.

You are not obliged to give us any data. Without contact details, however, we cannot answer your enquiry. There is no automated decision-making or profiling.
